Please read these instructions BEFORE signing up...

• Each group of 25 needs to designate a Group Supervisor that will commit to coming in ˝ hour before the shift starts for training. When submitting your request, please be sure to give us the name and contact information for that person.

• Most volunteer shifts begin at the following times: 9:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm, 6:00pm

• Most shifts are two hours each but you may be able to work three hours in certain instances.  

• We are in desperate need for volunteers December 26th-29th to help close the season out!  Guaranteed spot on Santa's "Nice List" next year for elves that sign up for that week.

• It is not required, but we're asking volunteers to bring/donate one of the following items, if possible:

• scotch tape
• wrapping paper
• curling ribbon
• scissors
• square card tables

• The big cement warehouse can be cold. Wear plenty of layers and comfortable shoes.

• If you'd like to cater your volunteer event, contact our volunteer coordinator for details.

• Check with the website frequently to find any updates we may post before you’re scheduled to work.
