We're coming to your town!

The Family Giving Tree is a nonprofit organization, based in California's San Francisco Bay Area, dedicated to fulfilling the Holiday wishes of children who would otherwise go without gifts. In 2006 we were able to grant holiday wishes for 68,000 children. This holiday season we are expanding our program to include cities outside California! We will be working with agencies in five other cities:

Austin, TX Phoenix, AZ Pittsburgh, PA Portland, OR Seattle, WA

The Family Giving Tree's National Expansion Holiday Giving Program will work with social service agencies in those cities. These agencies will supply us with the names and wishes of the children they serve year-round. 

The Holiday Giving Program also offers co-branded online giving tree pages for companies and organizations.  Companies can encourage employee giving by displaying posters in their lobbies and by promoting the program in their newsletters, intranets and on Web sites.  It is the generosity of employees, customers and their families that will make this program a success.  By selecting an individual child’s gift wish online, these individuals pledge to make that wish come true.  The Family Giving Tree purchases, wraps and sends the gift to the agency, which will then present the gift to the child.For more information on starting a Giving Tree or if you work with an agency which serves low-income children in these cities please contact:
