The Back-to-School Drive's target is to reach children in grades K-12, are enrolled in the Free/Reduced Lunch Program at their school and who do not receive backpacks

through other programs. If you feel that your organization

can help us reach our goal, we invite you to contact us. 

Please read below and follow instructions to complete your application process:

1.  Tell us who you are!

Send the following information to us via email at agencies@familygivingtree.org

  • a copy of your 501(C) (3)
  • any literature and/or brochure regarding your program and the specific needs of the participants
  • complete contact information (Contact Name/Title, Phone Number, Email Address)
  • Is your organization a school?

  • For how many children will you be requesting backpacks?

  • What is the age range of the children your school serves?

  • Are these children enrolled in the Free/Reduced Lunch Program (Title 1)?

2.  Show us what you do!

We will arrange for a volunteer to visit your organization to conduct an Agency Interview.   We can use this time to get further details about your organization, learn about how our gifts will benefit your clients and speak with you about the services we provide.  This interview has been deemed by our Board of Directors as a mandatory requirement for all agencies.
