Q: What if I missed the drop-off date at my company, where can I drop off my gift?

A: Gifts can be delivered to the warehouse from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Q: What is the last day I can drop off a gift?
A: Last day to drop off a gift at the warehouse is December 23. We are closed December 24 and 25 for the holidays. After December 26, gifts may be dropped off at our office in Milpitas during regular business hours.

Q: Is it too late to donate?
A: We encourage donations to arrive as close to December 14th as possible to assure the gift gets to the child. Gifts are accepted through end of the year and will be given to a child in need through our 252 partner community agencies.

Q: What are the hours of the warehouse?
A: Warehouse hours are posted on our Calendar of Events.

Q: Where do I mail a check?
A: Checks can be mailed to: Family Giving Tree, 606 Valley Way, Milpitas, CA 95035 or make a donation online here.

Q: Are there age restrictions for volunteering at the warehouse?
A: No. We welcome kids of all ages, with parental supervision, to volunteer.
